- Operate roll forming machinery to shape metal materials according to specified dimensions and quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of the equipment, including adjustments and troubleshooting as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues with presses, mills, cutoff, payoff
- Perform quality inspections on finished products, ensuring they meet specifications and standards.
- Assist with setup, calibration, and maintenance of the roll mill equipment to optimize performance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to lean manufacturing principles.
- Proven experience operating roll forming or similar manufacturing machinery
- Familiarity with quality inspection procedures
- Basic understanding of machining, tooling adjustments, and equipment maintenance is also a plus.
- Prior hands‑on experience in a roll forming environment is needed.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Visual and Hearing:
Must be able to see with corrective eye wear, must be able to hear clearly with assistance, wearing hearing protection. Lifting – must be able to lift 0‑50 lbs and/or greater than 50 lbs with assistance, push up to 300 lbs. Standing, walking; repetitive movement; bending or twisting; exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable; meeting strict deadlines;
responsibility for the health and safety of others and wearing protective or safety equipment. Must be able to pass background and drug screen. Must be able to meet attendance standards.
