This is a full-time, on-site role located in White Bluff, TN, for a Flexographic Printing Press Operator. The role involves operating and maintaining flexographic printing presses, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process. Responsibilities include preparing and setting up machinery, conducting pre-press activities, troubleshooting technical issues, performing quality checks, and collaborating with the team to meet production deadlines.

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining flexographic printing presses and related machinery.
• Strong skills in quality control and attention to detail to ensure standards consistently met.
• Experience in performing pre-press functions, including plate setup and machine preparation.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues with printing equipment.
• Understanding of printing and packaging processes is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to safety and precision in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in a similar industrial role is required.
