5 :30 A.M.
- 4:00 P.M. MONDAY - THURSDAY
- Obtain raw materials from stock
- Assemble products
- Insert finished products into plastic bag
- Operate machine to compress packages
- Pack and heat seal plastic bag or box
- Pull materials as required per picking ticket
- Print labels and label products, bags, and/or cartons
- Operate industrial sewing machine to assemble products, as needed
- Complete paperwork as required
- Prepare work for sewing, as required
- Use shrink wrap machine to package and seal various foam products
- Count finished product and check product number
- Inspect materials, products, and containers at each step of packaging process
