* Operator Equipment Smoothly, Safely and Efficiently and Follow Mining Plans.

* Accountable for managing ownership area (Haul Truck Operators - Haul Road Condition), (Excavator Operators - Pit Area around Excavator including spotting of Trucks), (Dozer Operator - Dump area).

* Complete All Required Reports Accurately and Timely Including - PRE-SHIFT Inspections, Area Examinations, Operator Equipment Report.

* Support and Move Safety Culture Forward by immediately reporting Hazards, Conduct SLAM prior to performing each task, Performing BBS Observations, following safety Procedures and participating in Tail Gate Meetings.

* Task Train and/or train co-workers on equipment.

* Follow Environmental Policies including reporting/controlling spills, installing and maintaining BMP's, Taking Water Samples as necessary, and treating low PH water.

* In addition to the above, tasks and projects may be added on a temporary or permanent basis as deemed necessary by management.

* Additional duties as assigned.

* Minimum of high school education or equivalent.

* High level of safety and quality.

* Ability to multi-task at a fast-pace (at times), work in outside conditions during all seasons, climb multi-levels by stairs & ladders, work from elevated platforms, use hand tools (shovel, hammer, wrenches, etc.)

* Good problem-solving skills.

* CDL license is a plus, but not required.

* Mine Safety and Health (MSHA) Knowledge - Preferred.

* Forklift experience - Preferred.

* Computer Software - Preferred.

* Warehouse experience - Preferred.
