Reporting to the Maintenance Leader the Packaging Mechanic is responsible for performing planned preventative & condition‑based maintenance. As directed by Maintenance Leadership, the Packaging Mechanic will complete planned improvements and maintenance project work and support production when required.

AWS Night Shift – 12‑hour continental, rotating schedule for the entire year (work half the year).

• Per 참여. Performs preventative maintenance including CBM/TBM PMs as required.
• Collects, analyzes, and reports on machine conditions to identify abnormalities that require planned downtime.
• Communicates PM deliverables to Maintenance Leadership.
• Works on mechanically complex machines, including high‑speed packaging lines.
• Uses MS Office software for data collection and reporting.
• Uses SAP Maintenance function and becomes fluent in SAP use.
• Reports urgent repairs required observed in the performance of duties.
• Supports detailed root‑cause analysis to identify failure causes and impacts on machine breakdowns.
• Performs and develops preventative maintenance inspections.
• Performs equipment lubrication and oil analysis procedures as needed.
• Supports mechanical repairs and component disassembly as needed.
• Assists inAk training mechanical staff on machine operation, repair, setup, and center lining.
• May facilitate or perform major refurbishment of assemblies or machines as directed.
