Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring MIG (TIG Welding is a Plus) Welders.
Perks & Benefits:
- Monday-Thursday | 6am-4:30pm (Overtime as needed, including Fridays)
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Pay Rate $16/Hour
Job Duties:
- Perform typical MIG weld operations including: set up welding equipment, weld according to blueprints, clamp, grind, tack-weld, or bolt components into position before welding and inspect final products for quality standards
- Detect and report defective or questionable materials to the supervisor
- Troubleshoot issues with welding equipment
- Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
- Follow safety rules
- Other duties as needed
- High School Diploma or GED
- MIG (TIG welding is a plus) welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints with welding symbols
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, twist, kneel and reach
