General Laborer

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for various aspects of the production operation, including metal finishing, paint line work, final assembly, and more. This position is integral to maintaining the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

• Participate in metal finishing, painting, and final assembly processes.
• Operate machinery and perform tasks related to production and assembly.
• Read and interpret blueprints as needed.
• Ensure clean welds and take pride in the quality of work.
• Maintain flexibility and openness to perform tasks outside of job responsibilities.

• Experience in production, blueprint reading, and assembly operations.
• Proficiency in machine operation, grinding, and carpentry.
• Ability to use a tape measure accurately.
• Strong work ethic and attendance record.

• Certification in relevant fields is preferred.
• Growth mindset with eagerness and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication skills and leadership potential.

Work in a mid-size, 30-person fabrication shop equipped with paint, press brake, welding, and assembly facilities. The environment includes two buildings on site, handling mild steel ranging from 20 gauge to 1 inch. Enjoy a flexible work schedule from Monday to Thursday, 5:30 am to 3:30 pm, with optional overtime on Fridays. Paid breaks and a 20-minute lunch are included.

This is a Contract position based out of Dunlap, Tennessee.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Dunlap, TN.
