• Operate and troubleshoot plant equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain product quality per GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Quality Management System standards
• Support TPM (Total Productive Management) and perform minor maintenance
• Ensure timely handoffs between shifts
• Follow safety protocols and participate in EHS/SOP training
• Be flexible with overtime to meet production goals
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Show up reliably and maintain a positive attitude
• Operate and drive a crane truck to transport materials safely and efficiently within the facility or job site
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High School diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Must be able to meet physical demands (lifting, standing, exposure to chemicals/noise)
