Position Summary
Responsible for assisting areas other than assembly. Ensure all personnel are adequately trained and all training is documented properly. Assist in the daily operations of the department and ensure the cleanliness of all areas assigned.
Essential Functions
- Provide daily work assignments to line personnel to meet established production goals.
- Resolve functional issues (Quality, Processing, Repair, etc.) as needed.
- Work on the line to fill absenteeism spots as needed.
- Provide accurate and timely reports as may be required.
- Drive & Maintain 5S Metrics and Drive a Safe Working Environment.
- Provide instruction and training to assigned personnel on proper procedures and methods to ensure all products are assembled timely and accurately.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience
- 6 months to 1 year experience in a production or repair center environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and preventive measures.
- Knowledge of electronics preferred.

Skills and Abilities
- This is a FULLY ONSITE position; must be able to report onsite daily.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with multiple languages spoken.
- Ability to recognize defects or flaws in routine parts and/or products.
- Accurate counting skills.
- Proven ability to lead a small team.
- Must be self‑motivated with ability to use own initiative.
- Flexibility to change direction frequently with little notice.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong English language written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to distinguish between colors.
- Ability to bend, stoop, stand/sit for prolonged periods, move about production and warehouse facilities.
- Ability to work on cement floors and in non‑temperature‑controlled environment for long periods.
- Ability to handle routine assignments of a repetitive nature.
- Ability to work with machinery.
- Ability to wear cotton gloves, an ESD jacket and other PPE as required.
