Lawrenceburg, TN – Salary: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

• Prioritise work as follows:
  • First trucks from the previous day
  • Other trucks from the previous day
  • First truck of the current day
  • Remaining trucks for the current day
  • Operate the slitter for jobs until the trim lead arrives
• Perform maintenance checks on the trim brake
• Operate the trim brake to fulfill stock orders as needed
• Operate the forklift as needed
• Assist in roll former operation as needed – work with partner to produce material on the trim brake
• Alternate breaks and lunches with partner to keep trim brake operating as much as possible
• When primary responsibilities are complete, assist others in completing theirs
• Check in with the trim leader when tasks are finished to see if further tasks need to be completed
• Verify first trucks are done and properly staged for loading
• Complete jobs efficiently and on time
• Maintain quality that meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
