• Maintain and repair electrical systems and assist in setting up production heating equipment for each job.
• Maintain and improve automation systems.
• Operate, repair and program ABB industrial robotic systems.
• Diagnose the root causes of electrical malfunctions.
• Analyze and document test results; regularly test systems and keep a careful log of findings.
• Ensure work orders are properly entered into SAP.
• Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Modify electrical and electronic schematics as needed to reflect revisions; create schematics if none are available.
• Assist other Electrical and Mechanical Technicians as needed to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
• Help in maintaining parts inventory.
• Follow all safety and process procedures.

• Extensive knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers, motor control and circuits, frequency drives, general electrical systems, compressed air systems, and ABB industrial robotic systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Ability to use electrical test equipment (Oscilloscope, Digital Multimeter, and various other tools).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous maintenance experience.
• Preferred degree or certificate in related maintenance field.
