We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and innovative construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, specifically in managing electrical projects, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing all aspects of electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all work is in compliance with the contract specifications and safety regulations.
2. Coordinating with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Managing and coordinating the installation of low voltage systems, ensuring that all work is done in accordance with the relevant codes and standards.
5. Conducting preconstruction meetings and reviews to ensure that all project requirements are understood and addressed.
6. Monitoring contract compliance and managing any changes or modifications to the contract.
7. Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
8. Reporting regularly on project progress, risks, and issues, and making recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing electrical projects in the construction industry, with a focus on low voltage systems.
2. Proven experience in preconstruction planning and reviews, and contract compliance management.
3. A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards, and construction safety regulations.
5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
8. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
