Summary
Supports transformation and engagement initiatives through project management, process coordination, and event execution. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and accomplishing projects and engagement activities that improve processes and strengthen connections across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Strategic & Transformation Project Management (Approx. 50%)- Lead and support strategic and transformation projects and initiatives from planning through execution.
- Lead timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide operational support to enable readiness for deployments and process improvements.
- Identify and resolve issues, mitigate risks, and maintain readiness plans for training and implementation.
- Supports various business objectives across the team, as necessary
- Lead engagement activations across ampm, Thorntons, and Branded Marketer channels of trade in partnership with regional sales teams
- Plan and complete roadshows, conventions, customer hospitality and cultural events to drive engagement and alignment across the business.
- Develop and maintain organizational calendars for major events and achievements.
- Coordinate logistics for receptions, customer meetings, and award programs.
- Prepare attendance reports, event summaries, customer master lists, and supporting documentation.
