Chick-fil-A Night Manager

Purpose of Position and Scope of Responsibility

The Chick-fil-A Night Manager provides direct supervision of evening staff and monitors adherence to company and department policies and procedures.

Under the direct supervision of Chick-fil-A Assistant Manager

Responsible for 1 shift, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Incumbents are subject to overtime as deemed necessary.

• Oversee employees to make sure Chick-fil-A standards are being met
• Oversee employees to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and correctly
• Responsible for counting tills and making deposits
• Responsible for stocking the store
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and organized
• Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed.

• Management experience in fast food or related field

Work requires heavy physical exertion (over 50 pounds) on a continuous basis (over 50% of time). Work requires use of a heavy‑duty power washer. Work requires the use of a ladder to a height up to 6 ft.
