The Chick‑fil‑A Night Manager provides direct supervision of evening staff and monitors adherence to company and department policies and procedures under the general direction of Chick‑fil‑A Manager and the direct supervision of Chick‑fil‑A Assistant Manager. Responsible for one shift, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Incumbents are subject to overtime as deemed necessary.

• Oversee employees to make sure Chick‑fil‑A standards are being met
• Oversee employees to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and correctly
• Responsible for counting tills and making deposits
• Responsible for stocking the store
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and organized
• Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed

Work requires heavy physical exertion (over 50 pounds) on a continuous basis (over 50% of time). Work requires use of a heavy‑duty power washer. Work requires the use of a ladder to a height up to 6 ft.
