HSN - Fulfillment Center Team Lead

• The Fulfillment Center Team Lead supports HSN, and Support operations by coordinating daily workflows and assisting the Area Manager with job assignments.
• We’ll provide the tools and training you need to succeed in leading your team.

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN location daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role.
• Assigned schedule:
  Monday through Thursday, 5:00 p.m. – 3:30 a.m.

• Assist the Area Manager in coordinating daily/weekly job assignments and workflow adjustments.
• Monitor team performance, providing feedback to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
• Support training projects and foster a positive, team‑oriented workplace.
• You will report to the Inbound Area Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a team‑oriented environment
• Apply problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced settings
• Foster collaboration and positive team culturems vs. preferred))
