RPM's work with owners and subcontractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As an RPM, you will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.
Construction project management experience is welcomed if you are willing to learn a new process. If you have limited experience but meet all qualifications, we will invest in your training.

- Base commission on projects completed. Current RPMs’ yearly pay ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 depending on production with no limit to earning potential.

We require a drug and background check. The physical environment requires the employee to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions, frequently use personal protective equipment, stand or walk, occasionally bend, squat, climb stairs and lift up to 50 pounds.
