Overview

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Complete building maintenance and repairs (restrooms, lighting, HVAC systems, painting, and pneumatic systems).
  • Troubleshoot and maintain small tools and equipment.
  • Partner with Maintenance Tech II for preventative maintenance (PM). This could include changing filters, oiling parts, minor electrical repairs, etc.
  • Assist in building new fixtures, office equipment, and other necessary tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Support facilities team as needed to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years of working with mechanical systems, tools, or machines required.
  • Previous forklift experience preferred.

  • The worker is required to have visual acuity to perform an activity such as operating machines such as lathes, drill presses, power saws and mills where the seeing job is at or within arm's reach, performing mechanical or skilled trades’ tasks of a non-repetitive nature such as carpenters, technicians, service people, plumbers, painters, mechanics, etc.
