The Mechanic's primary responsibility is to ensure the fleet of trucks, semis, heavy equipment and/or other machinery is properly functioning by diagnosing, performing repairs and preventative maintenance.

• Determine service needs of equipment and make repairs
• Complete preventative maintenance on equipment including oil changes, brakes, and tires
• Maintain cleanliness and organized workspace
• Report major damages to supervisor
• Ability to operate all equipment including trucks safely
• Champion a Safety Culture
• Follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• At least 18 years of age
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Detail-oriented
• Self-directed
• Dependable
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Maintain and sustain a clean driving record

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 30 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to walk, sit, bend, kneel, stoop, climb
• Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat and cold)
• Able to work in dusty environments
• Ability to drive and operate company truck
• Repetitive use of both hands
