Civil Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join a reputable firm in Nashville, TN. This opportunity offers hands-on litigation experience, high-level client exposure, and the chance to work closely with experienced trial attorneys in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support partners through all phases of civil litigation
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and pleadings
• Manage and participate in discovery
• Appear and assist in hearings and trials
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
• Interpret and comply with local court rules and procedures
• Handle e-filing and case documentation

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Tennessee Bar (required)
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing and motion practice skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Lexis Nexis, and Microsoft Word
• Clerkship experience is a plus
