Responsibilities & Requirements
We're looking for a skilled professional who can:
Manage overall case proceedingsAnalyze records and reports effectivelyAssign, delegate, and oversee tasks for case managers, legal assistants, and office staffConduct thorough discovery to gather evidence for successful litigationEvaluate medical records and reports, applying criteria from the American Medical Association Guides to Permanent Disability 5th EditionDetermine appropriate case values and draft settlement demandsNegotiate settlements and provide clients with informed recommendations on legal matters related to their workers' compensation casesRepresent clients at depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings with proficiency in litigationBenefits
