Overview
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provide legal counsel on matters relating to a broad range of securities and corporate law matters.

- Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school and appropriate admission to required state bar plus six (6) years' experience and demonstrated competence as a practicing attorney in a law firm or in-house setting with primary emphasis on public company reporting and governance matters and capital markets transactions
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and resolve complex legal issues and respond quickly to clients and third parties
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong initiative and ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Fast-paced, deadline oriented
- Some travel may be required
