ERP Implementation Specialist
Position Type: Salaried + Performance-Based Bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern time
Reports to: IT Business Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an ERP Implementation Specialist to assist with the management of our ERP implementation project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, ERP systems, and business process optimization. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Summary/ObjectiveThe ERP Implementation Specialist is responsible for the coordination and day to day management of our ERP implementation project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, ERP systems, and business process optimization. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Lead ERP implementation project from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project resources and allocate tasks effectively.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure continuous improvement.
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position; days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
RequiredEducation and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Education and Experience
- Experience troubleshooting systems
- 3-4 years of prior experience in a similar role
- Broad knowledge of software and hardware systems
- Understanding of multiple departments within Colonial.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulously organized.
- Ability to communicate and lead effectively, positively, and assertively
