ERP Implementation Specialist

Position Type: Salaried + Performance-Based Bonus

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern time

Reports to: IT Business Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an ERP Implementation Specialist to assist with the management of our ERP implementation project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, ERP systems, and business process optimization. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The ERP Implementation Specialist is responsible for the coordination and day to day management of our ERP implementation project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, ERP systems, and business process optimization. • Lead ERP implementation project from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project resources and allocate tasks effectively.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure continuous improvement.

This position has no supervisory responsibility.

This is a full-time position; days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

• Experience troubleshooting systems
• 3-4 years of prior experience in a similar role
• Broad knowledge of software and hardware systems

• Understanding of multiple departments within Colonial.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Meticulously organized.
