• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related field.
• Extensive experience designing, developing, troubleshooting, and implementing large and complex File Net and Knowledge Lake solutions.
• Strong experience developing Java applications interacting with File Net P8 and Knowledge Lake APIs.
• Experience with File Net P8 Content Platform Engine, Process Engine, Content Navigator, and related APIs.
• Experience developing workflow maps and custom components in File Net and Knowledge Lake.
• Experience with IBM Web Sphere Application Server and deployed applications.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting highly available and clustered P8 environments.
• Experience with scanning and indexing solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot logs and traces to determine root cause.

• Experience developing Java-based integrations to insert, retrieve, update, and delete data within File Net and Knowledge Lake environments.
• Experience overseeing data migrations and content ingestion from multiple sources.
• Experience automating business processes through document classes, workflow maps, queues, and subscriptions.
• Experience working with SSL certificates and certificate vaults.
• Experience with Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases such as DB2 and Oracle.
• Experience working in on-premises or cloud database environments.
• Experience performing system demonstrations and supporting stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring technical team members.

• Develop Java applications to interact with File Net and Knowledge Lake environments.
• Design, build, and deliver enterprise ECM solutions.
• Oversee data migrations and content ingestion processes.
• Automate business workflows and document management processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve File Net and Knowledge Lake issues.
• Perform system demonstrations and provide technical guidance.
• Mentor ECM staff and support knowledge sharing.
• Ensure stability, performance, and reliability of ECM platforms.
• Support integration with scanning and indexing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
