Scrum Master with implementation experience on Jira Align

Perform as a Scrum Master for 2-4 scrum team(s) simultaneously completing system life cycle using the Agile Scrum Methodology phases from project initiation, analysis and requirements, design, coding, testing, and implementation.

Perform burn-down metrics and maintenance, inspect, and provide metrics on artifacts, conduct change management, remove impediments, anticipate risks and dependencies managing them proactively.

Assist the Product Owner and Scrum team with Product and Sprint backlog planning and maintenance, ceremonies, artifacts creation, and maintenance.

Analyze, provide guidance, and communicate with all stakeholders constantly improving the quality of deliverables, and evolving the Definition of "Done".

Train and coach the organization on the Scrum framework, tools, values, processes, principles, best practices, execution, and adoption. Ensuring Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to across the organization to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.

Familiarity with software development.

Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).

Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.

Outstanding organizational skills.

Ability to embrace the "servant leader" role of removing barriers to productivity, monitoring progress, and coaching team members on their roles.
