You AreA skilled Data Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services and Stibo Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
, capable of designing, building, and optimizing modern data pipelines and platforms. You enable organizations to collect, store, process, and operationalize data at scale through secure, well‑architected cloud solutions.

We will nurture your talent in an inclusive culture that values diversity. You will have an opportunity to work in a variety of roles covering all aspects of Data Engineering including Data Modelling, Integration, Pipeline Development, Quality & Governance.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations and data pipelines supporting Stibo MDM processes, including master data ingestion, harmonization, and syndication.
- Configure and support Stibo STEP workflows, business rules, data quality validations, and product / domain data models.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and reliability through best practices in monitoring, validation, version control, and metadata management.
- Collaborate with analytics, reporting, and business teams to ensure data structures and pipelines support accurate, consistent, and accessible insights.
- Document data architectures, pipelines, and processes, and provide knowledge transfer to engineering and analytics teams.
This role will require three days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Tampa, FL or Nashville, TN.
What You Need- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or in a data‑focused engineering role with hands‑on experience with Stibo STEP or Stibo MDM implementations, including workflows, data models, and integration architecture.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
- Understanding of MDM concepts such as hierarchy management, golden records, survivorship rules, and data quality processes.
