Job Description

This position will play a critical role in supporting both the maintenance and housekeeping team by ensuring that all common areas, guest rooms, and facilities are clean and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

-Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.

- Respond promptly to requests from guests and staff.

- Report maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate department.

- Assist with moving furniture and carrying heavy items when necessary.

- Ensure all housekeeping/Maintenance equipment is properly maintained and stored.

- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.

- Assist in other departments as required to foster team cooperation

Qualifications:

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

PTO starts accruing after 90 days. Bonuses available.
