AsKitchen Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, safety standards, and exceptional guest satisfaction across restaurant, lounge, and banquet outlets.
- Set the tone for kitchen leadership by coaching, mentoring, and empowering a diverse culinary team—fostering accountability, teamwork, and a positive, high-performance culture.
- Partner closely with Restaurant and Hotel Leadership to ensure seamless service execution, resolve challenges proactively, and support an elevated overall guest experience.
- Oversee food cost control, labor management, inventory, ordering, budgeting, and forecasting to achieve financial objectives while maintaining quality standards.
- Utilize culinary trends and creativity to support menu development, specials, and promotions that drive guest satisfaction, increase in-house and local market appeal, and maximize revenue.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards, protecting guests, team members, and hotel assets.
- Ensure compliance with brand, company, and regulatory standards at all times.
A four-year college degree or equivalent education or experience is required, with four years’ experience in a related position. Advanced knowledge of food and beverage or hospitality industries is expected with applicable Food Safety certifications. To be successful in this position, excellent written and verbal English communications skills are essential, with a second language helpful. Regular use of computer, business equipment and software is expected.
