The Director of Rehabilitation duties include overseeing and providing therapy services to residents including evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or greater in therapy from an accredited college
- Unencumbered PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or ST license in the state in which we operate
- LTC/SNF experience preferred
