• Ensure all insurance information is accurately obtained and documented in Sales Force
• Inform teams of necessary support actions for insurance or referral issues
• Educate patients and internal teams on insurance issues
• Investigate escalated insurance billing inquiries and take appropriate action to resolve them

• 3-5 years of related work experience in healthcare administration, insurance, customer service, claims, billing, or management
• Knowledge of medical billing practices, office policies, and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with strict attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality medical information

• Experience in a call center or financial counseling role within the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
• Previous experience working with third-party financial benefits
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle
