Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a new manufacturing client to find a full-time EHS Coordinator in the Lebanon, TN area. This role will be responsible for supporting and enforcing environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a safe workplace.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations.
Support EHS programs, training, audits and compliance
Assists with emergency response, first aid, and workers' compensation.
Track and report safety metrics and maintain documentation.
Support other tasks as necessary
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) or a related field
3+ years of experience supporting EHS compliance and safety programs within a manufacturing environment
OSHA 30-hour certification
CPR/First Aid certification
Knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations and best practices.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
