Location: Castalian Springs

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a new manufacturing client to find a full-time EHS Coordinator in the Lebanon, TN area. This role will be responsible for supporting and enforcing environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a safe workplace.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

  • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations.

  • Support EHS programs, training, audits and compliance

  • Assists with emergency response, first aid, and workers' compensation.

  • Track and report safety metrics and maintain documentation.

  • Support other tasks as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience supporting EHS compliance and safety programs within a manufacturing environment

  • OSHA 30-hour certification

  • CPR/First Aid certification

  • Knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations and best practices.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
