Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse for a Rehabilitation unit in Erwin, TN.
Responsibilities- Provide compassionate nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation, including assessments, treatments, and patient education.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
