Join Our Team! Ahava Therapy Services provides Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy across a variety of care settings.

Join our in-house rehab team under excellent leadership!
Adamsville Healthcare & Rehab Center is a 140-bed skilled nursing facility offering short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient services.
We also feature a 46-bed secure memory care unit with a state‑of‑the‑art sensory room.

• Conduct thorough functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver and document evidence‑based therapy sessions.
• Supervise and instruct therapy assistants as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, residents, and families to maximize functional abilities.
• Educate residents and caregivers on the continuation of home exercise and therapy.
• Maintain compliance with all documentation, safety, and quality standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing education.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Current PT license in the state of practice
• BLS/CPR certification (current or obtained during orientation)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
