Dollywood Parks & Resorts, we create memories worth repeating. We do this everyday at Dollywood Resorts, which include over 600 rooms and 15 Food & Beverage outlets, all located in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. Our future plans include growing our resort footprint to over 1200 rooms across five resorts at Dollywood.

The right License Massage Therapist will include equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator. The right candidate will provide high‑quality massage services in a positive, collaborative and supportive work environment and facilitate a unique and memorable guest experience by performing all duties in a manner fitting the Dollywood Company brand. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.

• Provide high‑quality massage and other services as your skills and license/s permit, using specified draping techniques and treatment protocols. Must be able to perform all massage techniques within the spa scope of practice within the first 30 days.
• Use proactive sales techniques, recommending and demonstrating retail products for each guest.
• Recognize guests and peers in a genuinely warm and friendly manner.
• Arrive to work on time and groomed to the required standard.
• Consistently begin and end services on time.
• Maintain treatment room supplies, requesting inventory as needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness and neatness of the front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas. Assist in cleaning, linen distribution, overall tidiness.
• Attend and participate in mandatory department trainings and meetings.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with event planning and execution as well as special promotions. Lean in on massage‑specific topics.
• Help design treatment protocols.
• Complete retail and back‑bar inventories as needed.
• Achieve high‑level proficiency with Book4time booking software and assist with trainings and administrative maintenance.
• Assist with team scheduling and attendance compliance.
• Coordinate food and beverage services for the Spa.
• Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and guest information.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
• High level of proficiency in massage therapy.
• Proficiency in additional modalities such as East Asian therapies, prenatal and oncology therapies.
• Current Tennessee Massage Therapy License Required, active and in good status.
• Must successfully complete a post‑employment offer background check and drug test.
