Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Massage Therapist at the Dollywood’s Dream More Resort, located in Pigeon Forge, TN. Responsibilities include performing various types of therapeutic massage, such as body massage and stress-relief treatments, for guests in a relaxing spa environment. You will ensure client comfort and safety, maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, and provide excellent customer service throughout guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in various massage techniques, including therapeutic massage, body massage, and Shiatsu
• Ability to provide stress management and relaxation-focused services to enhance guest well-being
• Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive guest experience
• Current and valid massage therapy license in the state of Tennessee
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as per guest needs
• Prior experience in a luxury spa or resort setting is a plus
