Position:
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an In-house Skilled Nursing Facility at Evolve Therapy Services, LLC, located in Jellico, TN.

Job Type: PRN.

Job Purpose:

To plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring the highest degree of quality resident care.

• Conduct regular screening of residents to determine the best intervention or treatment based on scope of practice.
• Perform treatment plans for residents to follow short‑ and long‑term goals and methods to achieve goals as established by the supervising therapist.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations to residents, families/caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Establish individual resident therapy schedules in cooperation with other team members.
• Conduct therapy according to established treatment plans and ensure proper documentation and billing of occupational therapy services.
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required to effectively treat patients.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards of practice daily with point‑of‑care documentation.

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• MUST have active OTA licensure in the state(s) of practice.
