- Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including knowledge of all health information management issues such as HIPAA.
- Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
- Perform nursing duties such as measuring and recording patients’ vital signs, drawing blood, giving injections, and performing clinical tasks.
- Observe patients, charting, reporting changes in patients’ conditions (e.g., adverse reactions to medication or treatment), and taking any necessary action.
- Operate or oversee the operation of X‑Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
- Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure safety and comfort during X‑Ray scans.
- Ensure imaging equipment is in proper operating condition.
- Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatment.
- Assist patients utilizing a Virtual Medicine Provider.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
- Adhere to the company’s Core Values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
- Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Complete all required preceptor training to onboard and train new hires effectively.
- Engage with Learning and Development to manage onboarding and training of new employees.
- Meet new employees on the first day in clinic and facilitate welcome, introductions, facility tours, and clinic process overview.
- Partner with Learning and Development and new hires to establish a training plan and review the training schedule.
- Submit weekly evaluations on trainee progress and communicate concerns to operations leadership and Learning and Development.
- Complete final evaluation and Proof of Proficiency form and submit to Learning and Development on final training day.
- At least 1 year of experience as an X‑Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic setting or urgent care.
- Indiana Residents only:
Limited Scope License requires a state license and proof of ARRT license.
High School Diploma or Its Equivalent.
License Requirements- Limited Scope X‑Ray Technologist License.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- Full Scope X‑Ray Technologist State License compliance.
