Hours to fit your lifestyle: Pick PRN, part‑time, or full‑time. Our Elder Care Expert Program guarantees hours and lets you earn pay for vacation and sick days.

Weekly pay – We pay every Friday with direct deposit.

Immediate start – One‑day training and orientation based on your availability.

Appreciation awards – Pay increases at 90 days and annually; bonus money for referrals, compliments, and years of service.

• Provide attention to clients’ non‑medical needs, including personal care, companionship, and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co‑workers.
• Be punctual and consistently cover shifts.

• Negative TB test.
• Pass drug screening and background check.
• Experience caring for seniors and/or disabled adults professionally or personally.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
