Seeking a Limited X-ray Machine Operator/Medical Assistant to provide expertise and champion patient care.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking vital signs, collecting lab specimens, performing EKGs, administering IM injections.
• Performing all x-ray/imaging services per provider’s orders and updating patient charts.
• Collecting patient history and documenting in EHR.
• Applying splints, dressings, and bandages.
• Assisting with check-in/check-out and auditing charts.
• Maintaining records and logs of activities.
• Keeping patients and visitors informed.

You should have:

• 1+ year of clinical experience (helpful but not required).
• Experience with EHR systems (beneficial).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or approved BOTP program.
• Radiological Technologist (RT) or Limited X-Ray Machine Operator (LXMO/LMRT) license in your state.
• Current certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) preferred.
• Current BLS certification within 30 days of start.
• Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months.
