Core Civic - Up to $28.90/hour - - Responsibilities:
Manage assigned group of inmates to resolve daily living issues;
Conduct daily rounds observing operations and staff-inmate interactions;
Ensure unit operates in a safe and secure manner and anticipate situations;
Conduct one-on-one meetings to address grievances and resolve issues within policy;
Develop working relationships with inmates to support informal issue resolution
