• Hands‑on exposure to core treasury operations including cash management, wires, transfers, bank account administration, and controls.
• Partner closely with a Senior Treasury Analyst and seasoned finance leadership, receiving strong training and mentorship.
• Learn the basics first, then grow into more complex treasury processes as responsibilities expand.
• Collaborate with Accounting, AP, and Property Finance teams to streamline and scale treasury workflows.
• Provide detailed, analytical support across banking portals and systems.
• Maintain excellent work‑life balance: outcomes‑focused leadership, no overtime culture.

• 1+ year of applicable post‑grad experience in treasury, banking ops, finance, accounting, or strong internships considered.
• Applicable degree with strong GPA and a true team‑player mindset.
• Highly detail‑oriented, analytical, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Strong Excel skills, including V‑lookups; comfort working across banking portals and systems.
• Motivated to build a long‑term career in finance.

Base salary: $60‑65k + annual performance bonus (10‑15%). PTO, paid holidays, healthcare, 401(k) match, and more.
