Your role

As an Operations Analyst in our Investment Bank, you’ll be more than a process executor—you’ll be a problem solver, an innovator, and a learner. You’ll join a diverse, forward‑thinking Operations team that thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement. We work across functions like Securities Settlements, Corporate Actions, Regulatory Reporting, Collateral Management, Client Onboarding, and our Automation Center of Excellence. Here, you’ll learn from experienced professionals while contributing fresh ideas to make processes smarter, more scalable, and more client‑focused.

• Transaction Processing:
  Ensure accuracy and compliance in every transaction to build client trust.
• Client Lifecycle Management:
  Support onboarding and periodic reviews with precision and a focus on a seamless client experience.
• Data Analytics:
  Use data to uncover trends and drive improvements that benefit clients.
• Process Optimization & Automation:
  Leverage technology to streamline workflows and create efficiencies that enhance client outcomes.
• Risk Management:
  
  Identify and mitigate operational risks proactively to protect client interests.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner with Compliance, IT, and Front Office for seamless execution and superior client service.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Participate in projects that challenge the status quo and deliver better outcomes for clients.
