A rapidly growing private real estate investment platform is expanding its Nashville-based team and adding a sharp, driven Development Analyst or Associate.

This firm has built a strong national presence within a specialized segment of commercial real estate and is scaling quickly with new capital, new strategies, and a deep pipeline of acquisitions & development opportunities.

This newly created role offers meaningful exposure to senior leadership, hands‑on deal work, and a fast‑paced environment where top performers advance quickly.

• Underwrite development opportunities using advanced Excel and Argus modeling
• Analyze leases, operating statements, cash flows, and market comps
• Conduct market and tenant research to support acquisition & development strategy
• Partner cross-functionally with investments, finance, asset management, and external groups
• Contribute to identifying and evaluating new deal opportunities

• ~2-6+ years in commercial real estate development, investments, capital markets, PE/IB or related discipline
• Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel & Argus required)
• Strong analytical foundation with polished communication & presentation skills
• High-performance, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a collaborative, in-office environment
• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or related area
