Job Description
This Sr. Manufacturing Engineer will support the development, mass production, design changes, and service requirements of various projects.
Responsibilities- Manage projects including mass production, design changes, and service requirements.
- Support problem‑solving activities to determine root causes and implement countermeasures.
- Implement process improvements focusing on safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
- Perform design of experiments in process development and improvements.
- Develop and maintain APQP documentation for the process.
- Develop and maintain process control conditions, equipment startup/shutdown, total productive maintenance, and related control documents.
- Develop and edit PLC and HMI applications.
- Develop and edit robotic programming.
- Develop and edit vision systems.
- Implement Poka Yoke systems and develop monitoring and control systems with production and quality teams.
- Manage design changes using the Octane system.
- Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
- Five or more years in Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience with development and editing of PLC and HMI applications.
- Experience with development and editing of Robotic Programming.
- Experience with development and editing of Vision Systems.
- BS Degree in a related engineering discipline or AS Degree in Mechatronics, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project).
- Experience with Solid Works and AutoCAD.
- DOE/Problem Solving skills.
- Experience with Octane and Poka Yoke systems.
- Ability to manage design changes.
The work environment is an air‑conditioned manufacturing setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Beechgrove, TN.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85,000.00 – $95,000.00/yr.

Workplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Beechgrove, TN.
