Software Engineer, Technical Support
POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for providing technical guidance and oversight for a product, ensuring architectural alignment, code quality and that engineering efforts support product goals and enterprise standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES- Define and enforce technical standards, coding guidelines, and architecture principles across Marketing and Sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mulesoft, API‑driven services, and related CRM ecosystems) to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Provide technical guidance to developers and engineers, conduct code reviews, technical audits, and mentor team members to strengthen Salesforce and integration development practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions, managing release processes (via Git sources) and ensuring alignment with enterprise integration frameworks.
- Lead technical problem‑solving for complex issues, dependencies, and blockers impacting Marketing and Sales technology delivery.
- Drive system stability, continuous technical improvement, and simplification through initiatives, proofs‑of‑concept, and best practices adoption across CRM and integration tools.
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
