This is a full-time on-site role for a Wastewater Treatment Operator located in Newbern, TN. The Wastewater Treatment Operator will be responsible for monitoring and operating wastewater treatment processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining equipment such as pump stations. Daily tasks include managing plant operations, overseeing water and wastewater treatment, and applying process control measures to optimize system performance.

Collaboration with a team and adherence to safety guidelines are essential for this role.

• Experience in Plant Operations with a focus on wastewater treatment systems
• Knowledge of Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment processes
• Proficiency in Process Control techniques to ensure efficient system performance
• Familiarity with Pump Stations and related equipment maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting and follow safety protocols
• Relevant certification or licensing in wastewater treatment is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or training is beneficial
