Responsibilities- Dream up, design, and improve tools, jigs, and fixtures.
- Integrate equipment and automation that make our processes better, faster, and safer.
- Partner with maintenance, operations, and design teams to bring ideas to life.
- Lead initiatives that reduce waste, cut costs, and boost efficiency—because lean is clean.
- Create clear documentation so everyone’s on the same page.
- Dig deep into data, using root cause analysis and SPC to drive quality wins.
- Create inspection procedures and train others to be quality champions.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure we’re delivering on our promises.

Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in APQP
- Expertise in PPAP
- Familiarity with 5S
- Understanding of Six Sigma
- Experience in control documentation
The role involves a hands‑on presence on the floor, working closely with various teams to implement effective engineering and quality solutions.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dunlap, TN.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $41.00/hr.
