Job Description:

As part of the Product Engineering team, this role is responsible for the design, validation, and manufacturing support of new off‑highway equipment, as well as continuous improvement of existing products and processes. You will work closely with production, manufacturing engineering, and cross‑functional teams to ensure products meet safety, performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost targets.

This is a hands‑on engineering role ideal for someone who enjoys balancing CAD design with real‑world manufacturing support.

What You Will Do:

• Support ongoing engineering and new product development for assigned off‑highway product lines
• Develop and document clear, production‑ready designs for new and existing products
• Create and modify 3D models and assemblies using Solid Works
• Generate initial production cost estimates and detailed bills of material
• Produce manufacturing documentation including drawings, BOMs, and process instructions
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while tracking critical path items to minimize development timelines
• Work directly with the production team on the shop floor to resolve build and manufacturing issues
• Provide clear descriptions of components, assemblies, and machines to production and inventory control
• Perform engineering calculations and analysis to validate design characteristics
• Monitor product performance and implement design changes to improve safety, quality, manufacturability, and profitability
• Provide technical support to sales, marketing, customer service, production, inventory control, manufacturing engineering, and test or reliability teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Solid Works with at least 2 years of experience, including parametric modeling and bottom‑up design
• Strong product‑level engineering mindset with experience supporting production and fielded equipment
