We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to provide technical leadership and ongoing engineering support for assigned product lines of off-highway road maintenance and rehabilitation equipment. This role carries full product ownership responsibility, including safety, performance, reliability, manufacturability, serviceability, and cost control.

The ideal candidate combines strong mechanical design expertise with the ability to lead cross‑functional efforts, support production, and drive continuous product improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

• Own the ongoing engineering and technical direction of assigned off‑highway product lines
• Develop and document clear, production‑ready product designs
• Define functional design characteristics to ensure safety, operational performance, reliability, and cost targets
• Create and communicate component, assembly, and machine‑level documentation to production and inventory control
• Perform required engineering calculations and analyses to validate design decisions
• Monitor field and production performance and implement design improvements to advance safety, quality, manufacturability, and profitability
• Provide technical support to sales, marketing, customer service, production, inventory control, manufacturing engineering, and test or reliability teams
• Serve as a technical resource and consultant to other engineering personnel
• Provide leadership and direction to cross‑functional teams supporting the assigned product line
• Supervise performance and activities of personnel assigned to the product line as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in an Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Broad understanding of machine structures, mechanisms, metal fabrication, and manufacturing processes
• Strong product‑level engineering mindset with experience supporting production and fielded equipment
