Rooted in the authority of Scripture and shaped by a desire to make disciples, we believe ministry is built on meaningful relationships, faithful teaching, and walking with people through every season of life.

Green Hill Church is seeking a Student Minister (Full Time – Exempt) to lead our middle school and high school ministry (65+ students) in alignment with our mission to lead every generation to discover the hope, life, and purpose found in Jesus alone.

The Student Minister will disciple students, equip volunteer leaders, and partner with parents to help students encounter God, follow Jesus, grow together, and live sent.

As we seek our next Student Minister, we are praying for a shepherd-leader who loves Jesus deeply, treasures God’s Word, and has a passion for investing in the next generation—helping students not only understand the gospel but also live it out in community and on mission.

• Teaching Scripture and leading weekly student gatherings
• Building relationships with students and families
• Recruiting and developing volunteer leaders (25-30 volunteers)
• Planning events, retreats, and discipleship opportunities

• Growing relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to biblical truth
• Ability to teach, lead, and relate well to students and adults
• Theological education and experience in student/youth ministry preferred
